VISA NIGERIA FOR STR (Subject To Regularization)

Persyaratan visa requirements nigeria for STR (subject To Regularization) di kedutaan Nigeria :
1.      Complete & print visa application forms (www.immigration.gov.ng)



2.      Original Request letter for STR Visa addressed to the Embassy
of Nigeria Jakarta.
3.      Copy of passport from the person who invite the applicant If not original people nigeria, must be have ID Card / Green Card From Nigeria Goverment
4.      Letter of employment to the expatriate.
5.      Letter of acceptance of offer of employment.
6.      Copy of expatriate quota approval from Internal Affairs.
7.      Certificates of Incorporation of the Company From Nigeria / SIUP.
8.      Copy of Indonesian residential permit/KITAS/KIMS for foreigner
applicant
9.      SKCK (Indonesian police's clearance for non-criminal records)
10.  Valid international passport.
11.  Curriculum Vitae
12.  Marriage Certificate (where applicable).
13.  Copies of relevant Credentials or Certificates (legalized by the
public notary, Ministry of Law and Human Rights and Ministry of
Foreign Affairs) In Jakarta Indonesia

14.  Photocopy of ticket/itinerary

15.  4 x 6 colored photograph (2 pieces)
Note : BRING all points copy 2 sets

After all document complite, candidates must be interview in embassy nigeria : Jl. Denpasar Raya Blok A13 No. 3 Kuningan Timur Jakarta Indonesia (12950)
And if embassy accept, candidat must be pay in bank commont wealth in : Wisma Metropolitan II, 3A Floor

After finish payment, your visa will be release !
After finish processing visa, candidate must be : ijection yellow faver vaccine.
